摘要 伴随中国航空事业的快速发展,航空发动机地面试车台作为重要试验设施之一,其设计的气动性能、噪声排放指标、经济成本是发动机研制、设计和维修的关键因素,三者相辅相成,互相制约。其中噪声控制设备由于发动机的噪声声压级高、频谱宽,噪声污染问题严重,因此试车台在设计前期必须明确声学要求,但由于发动机噪声的特殊性和试车台发动机试验的特点,导致该航空设施的噪声污染问题成为目前关注的重点,合理的噪声污染防治措施和评价指标是试车台建设的重要影响因素。 With the development of aero-engine,the aeroengine test cell as one of the important test facilities,the aerodynamic performance,noise emission index and economic cost are also the key factors of engine development,design and maintenance.Because the noise level of the engine is high,the spectrum is wide and the noise pollution is serious,the acoustic requirements of the test cell must be defined in the early of the design.However,due to the particularity of the engine noise and the characteristics of the test cell engine,the noise pollution problem of the aviation facility has become the focus.This paper explores how to make the noise control design of the test cell economic and effective,and meet the requirements of national standards.
