清单式管理在妇科宫颈癌围手术期患者中的应用

Application of list management in perioperative patients with gynecological cervical cancer

目的探讨清单式管理在妇科宫颈癌围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法将2017年11月~2018年5月本院妇科收治的68例宫颈癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组行常规管理,观察组按照自制清单进行管理。比较两组产妇围手术期的护理质量、患者满意度、医生满意度。结果观察组患者围手术期护理质量、患者满意度、医生满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清单式管理能使护士的工作有计划、有目的、有效果地进行,不仅提高了护士的工作效率,同时提高了围手术期护理质量和患者、医生的满意度。

Objective Application of checklist management in gynecologic cervical cancer patients during perioperative period.Methods 68 patients with cervical cancer in November 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was managed according to the routine management.The observation group was managed according to the self-made list,and the nursing quality,patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction in the two groups maternal were compared.Results The perioperative nursing quality,patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The list management makes the nurse work planned,objective and effective.It not only improves the working efficiency of nurses,but also improves the quality of perioperative nursing and improves the satisfaction of patients and doctors.
