饲养管理技术对甘南藏羔羊育肥屠宰性能的影响

Effects of Integrated Feeding Management on Fattening and Slaughter Performance of Tibetan Lambs in Gannan

甘南藏羊在妊娠期、哺乳期进行补饲,所产羔羊进行综合饲养管理,12月龄时与自然放牧的成年藏羊共同全舍饲育肥90d,分析主要屠宰性状和内脏器官指标变化。结果表明:虽然宰前活重、胴体重成年藏羊高于12月龄组(P<0.05),但净肉重、屠宰率2组间差异不显著(P>0.05);在胴体体尺指标中,胴体长、胴体深、胴体胸深指标成年藏羊高于12月龄藏羊,2组间差异显著(P<0.05);而胴体后腿围、大腿肉厚、腰部肉厚、肋部肉厚12月龄藏羊高于成年藏羊,2组差异显著(P<0.05)。在内脏器官测定中,皮重、血重、花油重、胃重、肝重、脾重成年藏羊高于12月龄藏羊,2组间差异显著(P<0.05)。头重、蹄重、肺重、肾重、心重2组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,从保护草原环境,加快羊群周转,提高羊产出效益等因素考虑,甘南藏羊以12月龄育肥出栏较理想。

The Gannan Tibetan eweswere given supplementary feeding during pregnancy and lactation, itslambswere raised and managed comprehensively, and the lambsat the age of 12 monthswere fed and fattened together with natural grazing adult Tibetan sheep for 90 days, then to carry out slaughter test to observe and analysismain slaughter traitsand internal organs indicators.The resultsshowed that although the body weight before slaughter and carcassweight of adult Tibetan sheep were higher than those of 12-month-old group ( P <0.05), there wasno significant difference between the two groupsin net meat weight and slaughter rate ( P >0.05).In the carcass scale index,the carcasslength, carcassdepth and carcass chest depth of adult Tibetan sheep were higher than those of 12-month-old Tibetan lamb,the difference between the two groupswassignificant ( P <0.05).The carcasshind leg circumference, thigh meat thickness, waist meat thicknessand rib meat thicknessof 12 monthsold Tibetan lamb were higher than those of adult Tibetan sheep, the difference between the two groupswassignificant ( P <0.05).In the determination of visceral organs, the skin weight, blood weight, flower oil weight, stomach weight, liver weight and spleen weight of adult Tibetan sheep were higher than those of 12-month-old Tibetan lamb, the difference between the two groupswas significant ( P <0.05).There wasno significant difference in head weight, hoof weight, lung weight, kidney weight and heart weight between the 2 groups( P >0.05).Therefore, considering the factorsof protecting grassland environment, speeding up sheep turnover and improving sheep output efficiency, it is ideal for Gannan Tibetan young sheep to fatten up at 12 months old and then slaughter.
