摘要
汉中白猪是汉中市畜禽良种繁育中心培育的具有自主知识产权的优良猪种,该猪种具有耐粗饲、繁殖性能高、抗逆性强、肉质优良等优良特性,但其腿臀不够丰满,瘦肉率不够高是该猪种的明显缺陷。目前有关影响汉中白猪瘦肉率主要因素的研究仍然比较少,而瘦肉率是一个重要育种指标和经济指标。随着人们生活水平不断提高,人们对瘦肉需求量也越来越大,为满足这一需求,应该采取一系列措施来提高汉白猪的瘦肉率。本文从分子育种、饲粮营养水平、饲养方式、饲喂环境、出栏时间、杂种利用及新型添加剂研发使用等方面对影响汉中白猪瘦肉率主要因素进行了归纳,以期为生产优质猪肉提供一定指导。
Hanzhong White Pig isan excellent pig with independent intellectual property rightsbreeded by Hanzhong City Animal Breeding Center.It hashigh quality characteristicssuch ashigh-resistance, high reproductive performance, strong resistance, and good meat quality.Buthips are not full, and the lean rate islow in the Hanzhong white pig.At present, there are few researcheson the main factors affecting the lean rate of Hanzhong white pig, and the lean meat rate isan important breeding index and economic indicator.Aspeople'sliving standardscontinue to go up, people'sdemand for lean meat isalso growing.To meet this demand, a seriesof measuresmust be taken to improve the lean rate of Hanzhongwhite pig.In thispaper, the main factors affecting the lean rate of white pig were analyzed and summarized from fiveaspectsof molecular breeding, nutrient level, feeding management, hybrid utilization and application of new feed additives, which can provide some guidance for the production of high quality pork.
