民国时期体育视导政策的历史流变及启示

Historical Change of Republican Period Physical Education Supervision Policy and Inspiration

运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,对民国时期体育视导政策进行探讨和分析.结果表明,为了促进体育的发展,民国时期相关管理机构制定了体育视导的系列政策,这些政策呈现出制度化、标准化、专业化的特点.由于当时社会背景的特殊性,体育视导的执行状况并不理想,但体育视导政策的部分指导思想对当前我国学校体育督导工作仍具有一定的历史借鉴价值.

Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,we carry on the research to sports supervision policy of the period of the Republic of China,the results show that:in order to promote the development of sports,the related management organizations had established series of sports supervision policy with the characteristics of institutionalization,standardization,specialization.Due to the particularity of the social background of the time,the sports supervision implementation is not ideal,but some guiding principles of the sport supervision policy have certain reference values to the current physical education supervision.
