欠发达地区开展体教结合模式的困境与对策

体教结合模式是在新的环境下,国家为培养全面型体育人才所提出的重要战略,是体育部门和教育部门的一个体制性战略.然而,在开展体教结合过程中受到了不小阻力,尤其是在欠发达地区.为此,在分析了欠发达地区开展体教结合模式所遇到的困境基础上,重点提出了一些开展体教结合模式的对策,以期能帮助欠发达地区顺利开展体教结合模式,为地方和国家培养出优秀的体育后备人才.

The mode of combination of physical education and education is an important strategy put forward by the state for training comprehensive sports talents under the new environment,and it is also an institutional strategyof the sports department and the education department.However,in the process of development,there are many obstacles,especially in underdeveloped areas.This paper introduces and analyses the difficulties encountered in developing the mode of combining sports and education in underdeveloped areas,and puts forward some countermeasures,hoping to help underdeveloped areas develop the mode of combining sports and education smoothly and train excellent sports reserve talents for local and national.
