摘要
以丁腈橡胶(NBR)、丁苯橡胶和天然橡胶作为主要原料制备NBR覆盖胶耐油输送带过渡贴胶,研究了NBR、白炭黑及邻苯二甲酸二丁酯用量对其力学性能和黏结性能的影响,并考察了NBR覆盖胶的力学和耐油性能。结果表明,当NBR、白炭黑及邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的用量分别为60份(质量,下同)、15份及8份时,过渡贴胶与覆盖胶及布层贴胶间的黏合强度分别达到6.8 N/mm和7.3 N/mm,硫化胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和邵尔A硬度分别达到12.5 MPa、600%和65,各项性能均达到了相关国家标准的要求。输送带覆盖胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和磨耗体积可分别达到15 MPa、500%和 90 mm 3,耐油性能良好,其中耐油试验时的体积变化率仅为9%。
The transition adhesive of nitrile rubber (NBR) covering rubber for oil-resistant conve-yor belt was prepared with NBR, styrene-butadiene rubber and natural rubber as main raw materials. The effects of amount of NBR, silica and dibutyl phthalate on the mechanical properties and bonding properties of conveyor belt were studied. The mechanical properties and oil resistance of NBR cove-ring rubber were also investigated. The results showed that when the NBR, silica and dibutyl phthalate were used in 60 phr (mass, the same below), 15 phr and 8 phr respectively, the bonding strength between the transitional adhesive and the covering adhesive and the cloth adhesive reached 6.8 N/mm and 7.3 N/mm respectively, and the tensile strength, elongation at break and Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate reached 12.5 MPa, 600% and 65, respectively. All properties met the requirements of relevant national standards. The tensile strength, elongation at break and abrasion volume of the belt cover rubber could reach 15 MPa, 500% and 90 mm 3 respectively. The oil resistance was good, and the volume change rate during the oil resistance test was only 9%.
