摘要
介绍了我国硫化胶囊产业发展现状和技术进步情况,阐述了硫化胶囊使用寿命对提高轮胎生产效率的重要意义,总结了硫化胶囊在应用过程中存在的问题。由于轮胎生产工艺逐渐向高温高压的快速硫化工艺方向发展,硫化胶囊的使用条件更加苛刻,对其使用寿命提出了更高的要求。目前,如何提高硫化胶囊的抗机械损伤性能以提高其使用寿命,以及如何提高硫化胶囊的导热性能以提高轮胎生产效率、降低能耗成为我国轮胎行业备受关注的问题。
Production development and technical progress of tire bladder industry in China were introduced, the significance of the service life of tire bladder to the tire production efficiency was set forth and some problems existed in the application of tire bladder were summarized with 21 references. As tire vulcanization process developed towards higher temperature and pressure technology increasingly, tire bladders with higher performance under harsher conditions were required. Key problems such as how to improve the mechanical damage resistance and thermal conductivity had been the focus of attention in domestic tire manufacturing industry at present.
