广西恭城县土壤硒含量与稻谷硒含量相关性研究 被引量:13

摘要 分析了恭城瑶族自治县各个乡镇土壤硒含量情况,并研究了部分土壤硒含量和对应稻谷硒含量之间的关系。结果表明:该研究区域土壤硒含量为0.130~1.425mg/kg,平均值为0.447mg/kg,为富硒土壤。该研究区域的土壤均匀度较低,总体样本和各乡镇的样本标准差均大于均值的5%。稻谷样本硒含量为0.005~0.047mg/kg,平均含量为0.015mg/kg,有一个稻谷样品属于富硒稻谷。对土壤硒和对应稻谷硒含量数据进行相关性分析,得到回归方程为y=0.0496x+0.0004,相关系数r=0.4641^**>r0.0l=0.190,表明稻谷硒含量(y)与土壤硒含量(x)存在显著的正相关。 This paper analyzed the selenium conten in soil from each village or town in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County,and studied the relationship between the selenium conten in the soil and that in corresponding paddy.The results showed that the selenium conten in soil from the study area ranged from 0.130 to 1.425 mg/kg with the mean value of 0.447 mg/kg,which meant that the soil was rich in selenium.The degree of uniformity of the soil in the research area was low,and standard deviation between the overall sample and samples from each village or town was higher than 5%(the mean value).The selenium conten in the paddy samples ranged from 0.005 to 0.047 mg/kg,with the average conten of 0.015 mg/kg,and among the samples one was rich in selenium.Based on the correlation analysis on the selenium conten in soil and that in corresponding paddy,the regression equation was y=0.0496 x+0.0004,and the correlation coefficient was r=0.4641^**>r 0.0l=0.190.It indicated that the selenium conten in paddy(y)was significantly positively correlated with that in soil(x).
