摘要
通过自制加液装置和改进玻璃棒,优化交换时间和离心时间,采用全自动凯氏定氮仪进行蒸馏和测定土壤中的阳离子交换量,与标准方法相比,大大缩短了蒸馏时间和测定时间,提高了分析效率,可操作性较强,同时也适合大批量样品的分析测定。
In this study,with a self-made liquid adding device and an improved glass rod,and optimizes exchange time and centrifugation time,the analysis of cation exchange capacity in soil was carried out by using a fully automated Kjeldahl analyzer for distillation and determination.Compared with the standard method,the improved way of analysis has more efficiency,for its distillation time and measurement time are greatly shortened,and has strong operability,is suitable for the analysis and determination of large quantities of samples.
