香港大学深圳医院急诊科在建科初期即开始设计、探索执业全科急诊模式,按照预先设计的严谨培训方案,对新入职医生进行全科急诊急救的强化培训,使医生在短期内达到了急诊科按全科急诊医学模式运行所需要的技术水平,使急诊科在建科初期就按照国际通行的全科急诊医学模式运行目标。

The Accident & Emergency Department of the University of Hong Kong- Shenzhen Hospital began to design and explore the general practice emergency mode in the early days of the construction of the department. According to the pre-designed rigorous training program and through intensive training, in a short period of time, the doctors have reached the technical level which meets the requirements of the emergency medicine professional mode. And the Emergency Department operate in accordance with the international emergency medicine professional mode in the early stage of opening.
