摘要
在分析数字档案长期保存系统功能要求的基础上,对三款档案管理软件产品的长期保存系统功能进行调查,重点分析这三款软件产品在封装功能、迁移功能、身份及权限控制方面存在的不足,并从档案部门提高长期保存意识和软件厂商完善系统功能设计两方面,提出改进策略。
On the basis of analyzing the functional requirements of the long-term preservation system of digital Archives,the functions of long-term preservation system of the three software products of archival management were investigated,and the three software products were analyzed in terms of the shortcomings of package function,migration function,identity and authority control.Propose strategies on improving the awareness of long-term preservation from archival departments and the functional design of the system from software vendors.
