多维主体视域下河南省各级综合档案馆公共服务能力现状透视与展望

Present Situation and Prospect of Public Services Capacity of the General Archives at All Levels in Henan Province in the View of Multidimensional Body

综合档案馆公共服务能力建设与档案馆自身及其工作人员、各类档案用户和高校档案学专业师生等群体密切相关,通过对相关主体问卷调查,透视河南省各级综合档案馆公共服务能力建设现状,分析相关主体对现状的认知与理解,并深入了解他们的期望与诉求,最后据此探讨局馆改革后综合档案馆公共服务能力提升的可行建议与对策。

The construction of the public service capacity of the comprehensive Archives is closely related to the archives itself and its staff,all kinds of Archives users and the teachers and students of the Archives science majors in colleges and universities etc.Through the questionnaire survey of related groups,this paper summarizes the current status of public service capacity building of comprehensive Archives at all levels in Henan Province,and analyzes the relevant groups'perception and understanding of the current status,then in depth investigates their expectations and demands.Finally,the author put forward some feasible suggestions and measures for improving the public service capacity of the comprehensive Archives after the reform of the bureau.
