我国速度滑冰项目发展研究——基于平昌冬奥会的分析

Research on the Development of Speed Skating in China——Based on the Analysis of Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games

运用文献资料法、数据分析法等,基于第23届平昌冬奥会,研究我国速度滑冰项目的发展。我国速度滑冰的发展特征:竞技实力整体发展不均衡,“阴盛阳衰”的局面依旧未改变;传统优势项目优势不复存在,弱势项目竞技实力停滞不前;训练理念滞后,科学化训练程度不够;新增项目展现不俗实力,有望为长距离项目带来重大突破。提出促进我国速度滑冰发展的措施:打破传统战略布局的旧观念,抓住问题关键,促进项目同步发展;打造复合型教练员团队,提升训练科学化水平;注重后备人才梯队建设,普及、推广“轮转冰”计划;创新青少年“冰轮”联赛,“以赛促练”提升青少年综合素质水平;建立完善的保障体系,促进我国速度滑冰健康发展。

Based on the 23rd Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games,this paper studies the development of speed skating in China by using the methods of literature reviews and data analysis.The characteristics of the development of speed skating in China are as follows:the overall development of competitive strength is not balanced,the situation of“women win more than men do”remains unchanged;the advantages of traditional dominant events no longer exist,the improvement hasn’t been made yet in terms of weak sporting games;the concept of training idea lags behind,and the scientific training needs to be improved;the newly added items show a good start,which is expected to bring breakthrough for the long-distance programs.This paper puts forward some measurements to promote the development of speed skating in China,such as break the old concept of traditional strategic layout,focus on key points of problems,promote the synchronous development of projects,build a compound coach team and raise the scientific level of training,pay attention to the construction of reserve talent echelon,popularize the“Roller Skating”plan,innovate the youth“Roller Skating”league,promote the comprehensive quality level of the youth by“training with the competition”,establish the perfect guarantee system and promote the healthy development of the speed skating in China.
