Through the methods of literature reviews,case analysis and so on,this paper studies the operation experience of famous gymnasiums in the world and its enlightenment to China.When it comes to the operation experience of the famous gymnasiums in the world,it is mainly reflected in the establishment of a complete sports ecological chain,the management of professional teams and events,the promotion of the integration and development of literary,sports and business,the construction of intelligent venues,the creation of a one-stop urban vitality center,which also expands the profit channels of gymnasiums through multifunctional use of stadiums and venues,undertaking large-scale sports activities,developing intangible assets of gymnasiums,and reducing the operating costs of gymnasiums.Enlightenment:the gymnasiums in China should speed up the development of the whole industrial chain,actively promote the functional transformation of gymnasiums,strive to improve the ability to obtain resources for large-scale activities,build a sports service complex,and promote the reform of gymnasiums.
