村落特色文化保护与开发的策略选择——基于浙江省江山市清漾村的调查

Strategy Selection for the Protection and Development of Village Characteristic Culture——An Investigation on Qingyang Village of Jiangshan City in Zhejiang Province

清漾村在长期的历史发展中形成了以江南毛氏文化为核心的村落特色文化,在2006年以来的保护与开发实践中,建构了一套以清漾毛氏文化为重要资源、项目制建设为主要方式、地方政府主导的多元共建为运行机制的建设策略。当前村落特色文化保护与开发面临着保护传承与开发利用、所有权与经营权、共建与共享等一系列矛盾与问题,需要加强村落特色文化保护传承与开发利用的协调共进,创新和完善村落特色文化产权制度,构建村落特色文化保护与开发的命运共同体,有效推动村落特色文化保护与开发的策略优化。

During the long historical development,Qingyang Village has formed a village characteristic culture with the Mao culture in the South of Yangtze River as the core. Since the protection and development practice in 2006,a set of construction strategy which takes Qingyang Mao culture as the crucial resource,the construction of project system as the major way,and the pluralistic co-construction led by local government as the operation mechanism has been established. At present,the protection and development of village characteristic culture is confronted with a series of conflicts and problems,such as protection,inheritance,development and utilization,ownership and management authority,co-construction and sharing and so on. It is necessary to strengthen the coordination of village characteristic culture protection,inheritance,development and utilization,as well as to innovate and perfect the village characteristic cultural property rights system,construct the community of common future for village characteristic culture protection and development,and effectively promote the strategy optimization of village characteristic cultural protection and development.
