On the Cultural Origin of the “Mass Line”

群众路线自创立至今已经成为一种文化现象,它是中国共产党在马克思主义指导下,在内忧外患的时代回应民富国强的呼唤探索出的根本工作路线。马克思主义唯物史观和认识论是群众路线文化生成的文化原点。群众路线的文化生成进路是在中国共产党实践探索、经验总结和对马克思主义理论深入学习的互动结合下展开的,群众路线是革命需要、革命利益和群众需要、群众利益相结合的产物,是它自身所蕴含的价值理念、工作方法所具有的文化优势竞争胜利的产物。

Since its establishment,the“Mass Line”has become a cultural phenomenon.It serves as a fundamental work line of the Communist Party of China under the guidance of Marxism,in response to the call of making the people rich and country strong in the era of internal and external troubles.The cultural origin of the“Mass Line”is Marxist historical materialism and epistemology.However,it has not been merely generated by such two basic principles.Indeed,it is the achievement of the Communist Party of China in its practice of Marxism;it is the result of combining the needs and interests of Chinese revolution with those of the people;it is the victory of the Communist ideological and cultural advantages.
