Risk Evaluation of Stroke in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

在心房颤动的人群中如何预先高效地预测缺血性卒中的高危患者仍缺乏有效的方法,而在卒中患者中筛查出未被诊断的心房颤动患者对于卒中的二级预防也同样重要。现综述心肌标志物、炎症因子、左心耳形态等新的评价方式,评价临床应用的不同评估方法的优缺点。

Clinician still need an efficient way to detect high risk patients of stroke with atrial fibrillation. It is also important for the secondary prevention to recognize those underdiagnosed patients with atrial fibrillation in stroke ones. This paper presents some new ways such as myocardial markers, inflammatory cytokines and the morphology of left atrial appendage. It also reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the current ways of risk evaluation of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.
