贯彻落实国家节水行动方案 推动农业适水发展与绿色高效节水

National water conservation initiative for promoting water-adapted and green agriculture and highly-efficient water use

针对《国家节水行动方案》提出的农业节水增效行动及大力推进节水灌溉和优化调整作物种植结构两项节水重点任务,结合研究成果和考察实例,从推动适水农业发展、促进高效节水灌溉发展、实施灌区现代化改造、重在解决农业高效节水发展面临的实际问题等四方面提出贯彻落实具体建议,为农业节水发展提供了思路、对策。

Boosting water-adapted agriculture can be regarded as strategic measure for safeguarding modernized and green agriculture and sustainable development.Development of highly-efficient water-saving irrigation can promote transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture,while modernization of irrigation districts safeguards food security.It is argued that specific measures should be adopted in order to deal with practical problems in water-saving irrigation development.New thoughts and measures are also of great importance to water-saving development in agricultural practice.
