海陵区科学治水的实践与探索

Practice and exploration on scientific water control of Hailing District

“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”的治水方针,是江苏省泰州市海陵区开展水利工作的指导思想和根本遵循,也是推动海陵区科学治水的强大动力。归纳总结了新时期海陵区科学治水工作的经验成效,梳理出可供参考的示范工程,以落实“水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管”总基调为工作重心,对下一步治水工作提出建议,以期为基层水利部门科学治水提供建设思路和借鉴经验。

The water control policy of“water-saving priority,space balance,systematic management and two-handed efforts”is the guiding ideology and fundamental principle to carry out water conservancy work in Hailing District of Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province.And it is also a powerful driving force to promote scientific water control in Hailing District.This paper summarizes the experience and results of the scientific water control work in Hailing District in the new period,and lists the demonstration projects for reference.The focus of the work is to implement the general keynote of“making up the shortcomings of water projects and strengthening the supervision of the water industry”,and puts forward some suggestions for the next water control work,with a view to provide construction ideas and experience for the grass-roots water conservancy departments to control water scientifically.
