长三角区域交通高质量一体化发展水平评估

Evaluation of the Development Level of High-quality Integration of Transportation in Yangtze River Delta Region

加速推进交通高质量一体化是长三角区域高质量一体化发展的重要组成部分和必要之路。现阶段,长三角区域以高速公路、高速铁路和航空为基础的综合立体骨干交通网基本形成,然而,也面临交通设施不均衡、区域交通网络缺乏协同性、交通服务体系不健全、综合协调机制不完善、省际间存在障碍壁垒等困境。因此,推动长三角区域交通高质量一体化发展,需要进一步扩大交通投资规模,提升交通协同能力,健全交通服务体系,完善交通体制机制,加大政策扶持力度。

Accelerating the integration of high-quality transportation is an important component and necessary way of high-quality integration in the Yangtze River Delta region.The Yangtze River Delta region has basically formed a comprehensive three-dimensional backbone transportation network based on expressways,high-speed railways and aviation.However,there are also some difficulties,such as unbalanced transportation facilities,lack of coordination of regional transportation network,imperfect traffic service system,imperfect comprehensive coordination mechanism,and barriers between provinces.In order to promote the integration of high-quality transportation in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is necessary to further expand the scale of transportation investment,enhance the capacity of transportation coordination,improve the transport service system,improve the transport system and mechanism,and further increase policy support.
