电致化学发光生物传感器中信号输出模式的研究进展

摘要 电致化学发光生物传感器兼具了生物传感器的专一性、准确性、反应速度快以及电致化学发光技术的高可控性、高灵敏度、低背景信号等特点,因此它被广泛应用于临床分析、环境分析、食品分析等领域。在构建电致化学发光生物传感器时,分析物浓度与输出的电致化学发光信号之间必然是存在某种关系的。为了实现分析物的灵敏检测,采用有效的信号输出模式是构建电致化学发光生物传感器的关键。近年来,为了逐步提高电致化学发光生物传感器的性能,研究者们发展了不同的信号输出模式。该文主要综述了近几年电致化学发光生物传感器构建中常用的几种信号输出模式。 The electrochemiluminescence biosensor combines the specificity, accuracy, fast response of the biosensor and the high controllability, high sensitivity, low background signal of electrochemiluminescence technology. Therefore, it is widely used in clinical analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis and other fields. When constructing an electrochemiluminescence biosensor, there must be some relationship between the analyte concentration and the output electrochemiluminescence signal. In order to achieve sensitive detection of analytes, the use of an effective signal output mode is the key to construct an electrochemiluminescence biosensor. In recent years, in order to gradually improve the performance of electrochemiluminescence biosensors, researchers have developed different signal output modes. This paper mainly reviews several signal output modes commonly used in the construction of electrochemiluminescence biosensors in recent years.
