摘要
甲基苯丙胺(METH)是全球滥用最广泛的毒品之一,严重危害人类身心健康。该研究基于石墨烯、壳聚糖复合膜修饰玻碳电极(RGO/CHIT/GCE),采用示差脉冲伏安法,简单、快速地测定生物样本中的甲基苯丙胺。该方法具有较高的检测灵敏度,在+1.28V出现明显的甲基苯丙胺的氧化峰,响应峰电流i(μA)与METH浓度的对数(logc)在6.0×10^-9-8.0×10^-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达2.0×10^-9mol/L。同时具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力,有望为甲基苯丙胺的灵敏快速检测提供一种新方法。
Methamphetamine is one of the most widely abused drugs in the world, which is seriously harmful to the human health. In this study, a simple, rapid DPV method for the determination of methamphetamine in biological samples was established by graphene and chitosan inorganic/organic composite film modified glassy carbon electrode. The method has high sensitivity, and the apparent oxidation peak of methamphetamine appeared at +1.28 V. A good linearity was obtained in the range of 6.0×10^-9-8.0×10^-5mol/L with the detection limit of 2.0×10^-9mol/L. Stability and anti -interference ability were excellent. The study also expects to provide a new idea for rapid detection of methamphetamine.
