摘要
在L-谷氨酸和石墨烯混合液中,通过循环伏安法制备了聚L-谷氨酸/石墨烯修饰电极,并对电极进行了表征,采用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法对麦芽酚的电化学行为进行了研究,建立了差分脉冲伏安法测定麦芽酚的新方法。实验结果表明,麦芽酚在该电极上主要受扩散控制,在最佳条件下,麦芽酚在0.711V处出现氧化峰。采用差分脉冲伏安法测定麦芽酚,其浓度在4.00×10^-6~1.00×10^-4、1.00×10^-4~8.00×10^-4mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为4.0×10^-7mol/L。该方法用于测定样品中的麦芽酚,结果满意。
A poly (L-glutamic)-graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated in a mixture of L-glutamic acid and graphene oxide through cyclic voltammetry, and then, the modified electrode was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectra. The electrochemical behavior of maltol was investigated by both cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The differential pulse voltammetry was established for quantitative analysis of maltol. The oxidation of maltol at the modified electrode was mainly controlled by diffusion and the oxidation peak appeared at 0.711V under the optimal conditions. The linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 4.00×10^-6~1.00×10^-4 and 1.00×10^-4~8.00×10^-4mol/L with the detection limit of 4.0×10^-7 mol/L. The method was applied for the determination of maltol in bread samples with satisfactory results.
