健康中国战略下学校体育治理的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of School Sports Governance under the Strategy of Healthy China

健康中国战略是学校体育治理的基本遵循与动力,学校体育是健康中国战略的必要路径与举措。在健康中国战略观照下,我国学校体育治理面临诸多困境,体现在:1)政策缺憾与执行偏差;2)课改失语以及价值冲突;3)发展封闭与地位边缘;4)资源匮乏与文化堕距。出路是:完善政策体系,强化政策执行力;促进学校体育社会化,增强发展活力;深化课程改革,促进体育健康融合;丰富体育资源供给,夯实发展基础。

The Healthy China Strategy is the basic motivation and guidance for School Sports management. The School Sports is a necessary path and measure for Healthy China Strategy. Under the perspective of the Healthy China Strategy, Our School Sports management faces many difficulties. It is reflected in: 1) policy deficiencies and implementation deviations;2) aphasia and conflict of value in curriculum reform;3) the closure of development and the marginalization of status;4) lack of resources and cultural distance. The way out is: Improving the policy system and strengthen the execution of policies;Promoting the socialization of School Sports and enhancing the vitality of development;Deepening curriculum reform and promoting the integration of sports and health;Enriching the supply of sports resources and lay a solid foundation for development.
