公共服务理论下高校体育场馆社会化服务的现实困境与发展路径研究

Research on the Realistic Dilemma and the Development Path of Socialized Service of College Stadiums and Gymnasiums under the Public Service Theory

基于公共服务理论,采用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,研究了高校体育场馆社会化服务的价值困境,提出了相应对策。困境在于:制度供给与经费保障不足;经营理念与运营模式滞后;专业人才与管理机制缺失。对策是:强化政策供给,拓宽融资渠道;明确服务理念,创新运营模式;培育专业人才,完善管理机制。

Based on the theory of public service, this paper studies the Value Dilemma of socialized service of university stadiums and gymnasiums by means of literature research and logical analysis, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The predicament lies in: insufficient system supply and fund guarantee;lagging management idea and mode;lack of professional talents and management mechanism. The countermeasures are: to strengthen policy supply and broaden financing channels;to clarify service concept and innovate operation mode;to cultivate professional talents and improve management mechanism.
