摘要
局部通风机是煤矿井下掘进过程中的重要设备,其使用的可靠性和能效性直接影响着瓦斯的安全排放。瓦斯浓度控制是一个延迟时间长、干扰量多,对象模型不确定的控制系统,对其应用传统PID控制在系统负荷有较大波动时,难以有效地及时进行控制。随着智能控制的深入研究,对瓦斯排放系统采用可拓控制。通过simulink仿真比较,可拓控制效果明显优于PID控制。
Local fan is an important equipment in the process of coal mine tunneling, and its reliability and efficiency directly affect the safe emission of gas. The control of gas concentration is a control system with long delay time, much disturbance and uncertain object model. It is difficult to effectively control the control system when the traditional PID control has great fluctuation in the system load. With the further research of intelligent control, extension control is applied to gas drainage system. Compared with Simulink simulation, the effect of extension control is much better than that of PID control.
