摘要
本文从自动灌装机的生产工艺出发,详细介绍了自动灌装机的工作流程,基于PLC控制实现酱料罐装机生产线控制系统的设计,包括硬件电路的设计、程序的分析及触摸屏的设计,实现自动分装机的有效控制。
From the production process of automatic filling machine, this paper introduces the working process of automatic filling machine, and realizes the design of the control system of the production line of the sauce canning machine based on PLC control, including the design of the hardware circuit, the analysis of the program and the design of the touch screen, so as to realize the effective control of the automatic packing machine.
