摘要
电力事故具有极高的突发性,而且一旦发生对用户的正常生活带来巨大的不便,传统的电力故障抢修通过人工调度,人工对应急抢修小组下达工单,并且下达工单后只能单方面等待抢修完成后才能对工作进行反馈,周期长且不灵活。本文针对此情况,基于Android移动平台,依托于海南电网配网应急抢修指挥平台,面向电力抢修工作组工作人员,研究并实现了电力移动抢修客户端,可以实现工单的快速填单、移动派工、工单定时提醒、工单处理和查询、用户查询以及故障点的定位和导航功能,信息实时与配网应急指挥中心业务系统双向交互,极大提高了抢修工作以及反馈的效率。

In view of this situation, based on the Android mobile platform, relying on emergency response command and control platform for distribution network in Hainan Power Grid, and for the staff of the power repair and repair team, this paper studies and implements the power mobile-phone-repair client, which can enable the rapid filling of menus, mobile workers,work-on-the-job alerts, staff queries, and the location and navigation features of the site,work orders and inquiries, user queries and fault location and navigation functions, real-time information and distribution network emergency command center business systems two-way interaction, which greatly improves the efficiency of the repair work and feedback.
