摘要
目前,在配网抢修领域,许多复杂的步骤都使用计算机软件来提高工作的效率,如果使用功能单一的系统直接来替换某些工作,会导致工作之间的衔接出现问题。为此设计并实现配网抢修综合指挥平台,并且基于面向服务的思想将多个功能进行整合。记录下每次抢修的工作的详细信息,使得历史记录能够直接指导重复类似应急事件的指挥和处理中,也大大提高了工作的精准度和面对应急情况的反应能力。本文设计并实现该系统并投入海南电网中使用。
At present, in the field of distribution network repair, many complex steps use computer software to improve the efficiency of work. If a single function system is used directly to replace some work, it will lead to problems between work. To this end, a comprehensive command platform is designed and implemented for distribution network rush repair, multiple functions are integrated based on service-oriented thinking. It records the detailed information about the work of each repair, so that the historical record can direct the direction and process of repeated emergency events, and greatly improve the accuracy of the work and the response ability to the emergency. This system is designed and implemented and put into use in Hainan power grid.
