摘要
无在化工生产自动化控制过程中,冗余技术是一种满足连续生产要求,提高控制系统可靠性和稳定性的有效方法。本文介绍了冗余技术提高DCS系统可靠性的方法,并结合应用实例,讨论了DCS系统冗余的内容及实施要求。
In the process of chemical production automation control, redundancy technology is an effective way to meet the requirements of continuous production and improve the reliability and stability of the control system. This paper introduces redundancy technology to improve the reliability of DCS system, and discusses the contents and implementation requirements of DCS system redundancy combined with application examples.
