摘要
综述目前对食品、环境以及生物体中甲基汞含量进行快速检测的化学传感器的研究进展。介绍目前用于甲基汞快速检测的光化学传感器、电化学传感器,以及微悬臂梁等其他类型的化学传感器,通过分析上述传感器各自的工作原理,总结目前甲基汞化学传感器在选择性、适用性、灵敏度等方面存在的主要问题,并指出甲基汞传感器的研究发展方向。
The current research progress on the rapid detection of methylmercury in food, environment and organism was reviewed. The photochemical sensors, electrochemical sensors and other types of chemical sensors such as microcantilever currently used for the rapid detection of methylmercury were introduced. By analyzing the working principle of the above sensors, the main problems of methylmercury chemical sensors in selectivity, applicability and sensitivity were summarized, and the development direction of methylmercury sensor was pointed out.
