摘要
产业转型升级需要更多具有“工匠精神”的技术应用型人才,技术应用工程师是技术应用型人才的优秀代表。作为培养技术应用型人才主阵地的高职院校,不能只重视技能教育,必须加大技术能力培养,防止高等学校出现只强调技能操作而培养出低层次水平产业工人的弊病。通过校园文化孕育、校企深度融合、“4+1工场”双训练、“三组合—四轮岗”的师资队伍建设等多种方法将技术技能训练与“工匠精神”熏陶深度耦合并贯穿于人才培养的全过程,着力提升技术应用能力,培养学生具备技术应用工程师的潜质。
Industrial transformation and upgrading requires more technical application talents with "craftsman spirit",and technical application engineers are the excellent representatives of technical application talents.As a vocational college that trains mainly applied talents,it is not only necessary to pay attention to skills education,but also increase the cultivation of technical ability elements to prevent the questions of higher education institutions that only emphasize skill operations leads to only low-level industrial workers.Through the cultivation of campus culture,the deep integration of school and enterprise,the double training of "4+1 workshop",the "three combination-four rotation" of the teaching staff construction and other aspects,we can deeply integrate the technical skills and the "craftsman spirit" into the talent training.Also,we will focus on improving the application of technology and cultivating the potential of students with technical application engineers.
