摘要
化工安全专业硕士的培养能够快速为我国化工企业提供符合生产需求的化工安全复合型高层次人才。文章基于“化学工程领域化工安全方向复合型工程(专业)硕士研究生培养”项目,结合非全日制专业硕士的特点,参照新工科多学科融合的培养理念,提出了“理论学习不断线、经验分享不断线、工程实践不断线”的“三个不断线”培养模式。同时广泛采用国内外教学案例及丰富的课堂教学模式以保障“三个不断线”培养模式的顺利实施。提出按照新工科多学科融合的要求,采用“联合论文指导组”的机制来强化化工安全硕士论文选题把关及论文撰写过程控制。
The professional master-training of chemical safety can quickly provide compound high-level talents of chemical safety for China's chemical industry to meet production needs. Based on the project of "the master postgraduate student training of chemical engineering safety direction compound engineering (profession)in chemical engineering field",combining with the characteristics of non full-time professional master,refering to the training concept of multidisciplinary integration of new engineering,this paper puts forward "three continuous line" of theoretical study,experience sharing and engineering practice.At the same time,extensive teaching cases at home and abroad and extensive classroom teaching mode are widely adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the "three continuous lines" training mode.According to the requirements of the multidisciplinary integration of "new engineering",the mechanism of "joint paper guidance group" is adopted to strengthen the selection of Master Thesis on chemical safety and the control of paper writing process.
