摘要 齿轮电解抛光控制系统对加工质量等影响重大,为设计实现电解抛光高精度控制系统,基于电解抛光加工原理、PLC控制和界面组态技术,设计实现了一套齿轮电解抛光控制系统。通过对工艺的分析与闭环控制思想设计了PLC程序运行流程,通过组态软件设计了控制系统的人机交互界面。选择西门子S7-1200PLC控制器和交流伺服电机主轴控制策略,通过温度控制仪和pH仪等辅助控制设备对温度和pH值进行闭环控制。设计短路检测电路,保护控制系统器件。调试验证了系统的运行稳定可靠,达到了很好的抛光效果,同时该控制系统也可用于其它结构件的电解抛光加工。 The gear electro-polishing control system has a great influence on processing quality,in order to design high precision control system,based on the principle of electropolishing processing,PLC and interface configuration technology,a gear electro-polishing control system was designed and implemented in this paper.The PLC program was designed by the analysis of the process and the closed-loop control.The human-computer interaction interface of the control system was designed by the configuration software.The Siemens S7-1200 PLC controller and AC servo motor spindle control strategy were selected.Through the auxiliary control device such as temperature controller and pH meter,the closed-loop control effect of temperature and pH value was achieved.Designed the short-circuit detection to protect the control system components.The debugging experiment verified that the control system was stable and reliable,and achieved a good electro-polishing effect.At the same time,the control system can also be used for other structural parts electrolytic polishing.
