摘要
建立了使用HPLC测定不同品种工业大麻中大麻二酚含量的分析方法;在Eclipse Plus C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,水-甲醇-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃的色谱条件下测定不同品种工业大麻中大麻二酚的含量。结果表明,大麻二酚在质量浓度0.0675~0.5400μg/μL(R^2=0.9927)范围内有良好的线性关系,加样回收率为101.3%(RSD=2.51%)。该方法操作简便,具有良好的重复性和回收率,适用于工业大麻中大麻二酚的定性定量分析。
A method for the determination of cannabinol in different varieties of hemp by HPLC was established.Under the chromatographic conditions of Eclipse Plus C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column with water-methanolacetonitrile as mobile phase gradient elution,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength of 210 nm and column temperature of 30℃,the content of cannabinol in different kinds of industrial cannabis was determined.The results showed that cannabinol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0675-0.5400μg/μL(R^2=0.9927),and the recovery of cannabinol was 101.3%(RSD=2.51%).The method is simple,reproducible and has good recovery.It is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cannabinol in industrial hemp.
