摘要 超声诊断学是医学影像专业的核心课程之一。以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)是以学生为中心的教育模式,已被国内外很多医学院校所应用。超声诊断学专业知识性强,涉及多学科交叉,在超声诊断学PBL教学实施过程中存在很多问题,疾病超声表现和图像难以理解,学生学习效率下降,违背PBL的教学初衷。文章介绍了优化的超声诊断学PBL教学模式和改革方案,根据实践改进教学内容,提高PBL教学质量。 Ultrasonic diagnostics is one of the core courses in medical imaging.Problem-based learning(PBL)is a student-centered education model that has been applied by many medical schools at home and abroad.Ultrasonic diagnostics is highly specialized and multidisciplinary.There are many problems in the implementation of PBL teaching in ultrasonic diagnostics,and it is difficult for students to understand the ultrasonic manifestations and images of diseases.The article introduces an optimized PBL teaching mode,reform plan and teaching content to improve the quality of PBL teaching in ultrasonic diagnostics.
