生活污水治理是美丽乡村建设的关键

Domestic sewage treatment is the key to beautiful rural construction

针对窑店街三义村的雨污水合流排放污染问题,结合《陕西省西咸新区农村生活污水治理专项规划》要求,提出对三义村采用雨污水分流体制,设计污水排放管道至新建污水处理站,污水处理工艺采用一体化MBR,处理后出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)中的一级A标准,可蓄水绿化浇灌回用,避免雨污水合流排放造成地表水质超标、土壤结构改变、森林或绿色植被退化、河流与湖库水质变腐臭等疑难问题,进而构建富饶、和谐、健康的新农村成为可能。因此,农村污水从源头进行收集、结合现代一体化设备的科学处理和排放,有效地解决了农村的污水污染问题,同时有效地节约占地与投资,有助于美丽乡村的快速实施和可持续发展,更有利于改善人居生活环境,提高居民的幸福指数。

In view of the pollution problem of rainwater and sewage combined discharge in Sanyi village of Yaodian Street,and in accordance with the requirements of"Special Plan for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in Xixian New District of Shaanxi Province",this paper proposes to adopt rainwater and sewage diversion system in Sanyi village,design sewage discharge pipeline to new sewage treatment station,adopt integrated MBR for sewage treatment process,and execute"Pollutant Discharge from Urban Sewage Treatment Station"for the the first a standard in the standard(GB 18918-2002)can be used for water storage,greening,irrigation and reuse,avoiding the problems of excessive surface water quality,soil structure change,degradation of forest or green vegetation,decay and odor of water quality in rivers and lakes and reservoirs caused by the combined discharge of rain and sewage.It is possible to construct a new rich,harmonious and healthy countryside.Therefore,the collection of rural sewage from the source,combined with the scientific treatment and discharge of modern integrated equipment,effectively solve the problem of rural sewage pollution,while effectively saving land occupation and investment,contribute to the rapid implementation and sustainable development of beautiful countryside,more conducive to improving the living environment of human settlements,and improve the happiness index of residents.
