摘要 瓦斯发电机组在运行过程中,实际的发电功率都小于设定功率,发电效率需要进一步提高。发电机功率主要受瓦斯含水量、温度、压力、浓度等因素的影响,其中瓦斯压力的影响较大。在相同瓦斯浓度、相同流量的状态下,通过改变瓦斯压力,能够改变瓦斯的流量,从而改变瓦斯气进入发电机的瓦斯质量,提高瓦斯发电机的发电功率。通过变频器调节瓦斯泵的转速提高瓦斯的输送压力,并通过记录瓦斯气压力对发电功率的影响。研究得出:提高瓦斯压力能够有效提高瓦斯发电功率。 During the operation of the gas generator set,the actual power generation was less than the set power,and the power generation efficiency need to be further improved.Generator power was mainly affected by factors such as gas water content,temperature,pressure and concentration.Among them,the influence of gas pressure was large.By changing the gas pressure in the same gas concentration and the same flow rate,the mass flow rate of the gas could be changed,thereby changing the methane quality of the gas entering the generator.Further changed the power generation of the gas generator.Through the pressure of the gas pump,the gas delivery pressure could be increased.The gas transmission pressure could be increased by the rotation speed of the gas pump of the inverter,the gas pressure and power generation could be recorded,and the influence of gas pressure on the power generation could be studied.The study concluded that increasing the gas pressure can effectively increase the power generation of gas.
