带式输送机在煤矿运输系统中应用越来越多,为了满足煤矿高效生产的要求,带式输送机也也越来越向高难度(大倾角、长距离、大功率等)方向发展。由于难度的增加,输送机的安全要求也越来越高,出现断带的可能也在增大,尤其是大倾角的输送机出现断带后果会非常严重,因此要考虑安装断带抓捕器以降低断带后造成的损失,防止较大事故发生。通过对各种断带抓捕器的比较分析,为其他用户在该设备的选择上提供一些帮助和建议。

Belt conveyor is used more and more in coal mine transportation system,in order to meet the requirements of high efficiency production in coal mine,belt conveyor is also developing towards high difficulty(large inclination angle,long distance,high power,etc.).As the difficulty increases,the safety requirements of the conveyor become higher and higher,and the possibility of belt breakage is also increasing,especially for the conveyor with large inclination angle,the consequences of belt breakage will be very serious,therefore,it is necessary to consider installing the belt breaking arrester to reduce the loss caused by belt breakage and prevent the occurrence of major accidents.This paper provides some help and suggestions for other users in choosing the equipment through the comparative analysis of various broken belt catchers.
