平煤十二矿深部软岩巷道协调支护技术研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 为解决己14-31090回风巷在原有支护方式下巷道围岩变形量大的问题,通过对巷道深部软岩巷道协调支护技术原理的具体分析,并结合巷道围岩在原有支护方式下围岩变形的具体情况,确定对巷道己14-31090回风巷采用协调支护技术,优化后的支护方案通过采用顶板让压锚索与两帮补设锚索的方式形成顶帮协调支护。根据围岩的具体条件对巷道的协调支护方案进行具体设计,支护方案设计完成后采用数值模拟的方法对支护方案的合理性进行验证。数值模拟结果显示,该支护方案能够保证围岩稳定。在支护方案实施后,对围岩变形量进行有效监测。结果表明:支护方案实施后,两帮最大移近量为116mm,顶底板最大移近量为72mm,有效地解决了巷道围岩变形量大的问题。 In order to solve the problem that the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway under the original support mode is large in theⅥ14-31090 return airway,the concrete analysis method of the coordinated support technology of the deep soft rock roadway in the roadway is combined with the original support way of the surrounding rock of the roadway.According to the specific situation of the deformation of the surrounding rock,it is determined that the coordinated support technology is adopted for theⅥ14-31090 return air passage of the roadway,the optimized support scheme forms the top coordination branch by adopting the top plate to make the pressure anchor cable and the two sets of anchor cables.According to the specific conditions of the surrounding rock,the coordinated support scheme of the roadway is specifically designed.After the design of the support scheme is completed,the rationality of the support scheme is verified by numerical simulation.The numerical simulation results show that the support scheme can ensure the stability of surrounding rock,after the support scheme is implemented,the deformation of surrounding rock is effectively monitored,the results show that the maximum displacement of two sides is 116 mm,and the maximum displacement of roof and floor is 72 mm,which effectively solves the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock of roadway.
