摘要
为适应突出矿井瓦斯治理新要求、新标准,针对瓦斯治理岩巷工程量大、采掘接替关系紧张等问题,禹州枣园煤业有限公司勇于淘汰传统炮掘工艺,提出综掘快速施工,以“地质资料”匹配“机械性能”作为投入岩巷综掘机的前提,对底板抽放巷层位及综掘快速施工技术进行研究,经过实测二1煤层底板8~15m内岩石赋存情况及坚固性系数匹配最佳性能综掘机,确定底板抽放巷层位;高效优化各生产系统,探索正规循环作业模式,实现了岩巷单进水平190m/月的突破,赢得充足的瓦斯治理时间。为类似煤与瓦斯突出矿井底板抽放巷工程层位确定及快速施工技术提供了借鉴。
In order to adapt to the new requirements and new standards for gas management in prominent mines,and in view of the problems such as the large amount of engineering work in gas management rock lanes and the tight relationship between extraction and replacement,Yuzhou Zaoyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has the courage to eliminate traditional artillery excavation techniques and put forward a comprehensive and rapid construction,using"geological data"to match"mechanical properties"as the premise for the input of rock roadway excavators,in this paper,the strata of floor drainage roadway and the fast construction technology of fully mechanized excavation are studied,and the strata of floor drainage roadway are determined by the fully mechanized excavator with the best matching performance of rock occurrence and hardness coefficient within 8~15 m of the floor ofⅡ1coal seam;high-efficiency optimization of production systems,exploration of regular cycle operation mode,achieved a single level of 190 m/month rock lane breakthrough,won sufficient gas treatment time.For similar coal and gas outburst mine floor pumping lane engineering layer determination and rapid construction technology to provide a reference.
