摘要
为满足建筑的立面效果和使用功能,公共建筑中出现了越来越多的大悬挑结构。阿里巴巴二号园区项目存在平面不规则、立面不规则、竖向构件不连续等超限情况,特别是大悬挑给结构设计带来了挑战。以此例,主要针对大悬挑高层结构的工程特点,对该工程进行了弹性时程分析、中震验算、静力弹塑性分析。在对该超限高层结构进行性能设计的同时提出了适合本工程的抗震加强措施。结果表明,通过性能设计和必要的抗震措施能满足规范要求,并达到其预期的抗震性能目标。
In order to achieve the facade effect and function of buildings,there are more and more large cantilevered structures in public buildings.In the No.2 Park of the Alibaba,there are some irregularities such as irregular plane,irregular elevation and discontinuous vertical components.Especially large cantilever brings challenges to structural design.Take this as an example,this paper mainly aims at the engineering characteristics of large cantilevered high-rise structures.The elastic time history analysis, verification of the medium earthquake and static elastoplastic analysis of the project are carried out.At the same time, seismic strengthening measures for this high-rise structure are put forward.The result shows,through performance design and necessary seismic measures,it can meet the requirements of the code,and achieve its desired seismic performance goals.
