摘要
随着人口老龄化不断加剧,养老保障制度出现支付危机,为实现养老保障制度可持续发展,在不采取延迟退休政策的前提下,提高人口质量不失为一个有效办法。研究认为,由于劳动力市场上不同工作经验人口之间具有一定可替代性,通过对不同工作经验人替代性程度的研究及模拟分析,发现在一定程度上,通过用较高工作经验的人口替代较低工作经验的人口,可减弱人口老龄化对养老保障财务可持续性的不利影响。
Rising as the population ages, the payment crisis of social security system, to achieve sustainable development of the social security system, on the premise of not to delay retirement policy, improve the quality of population is an effective way to study suggests that due to the labor market between different working experience in the population has some alternative, based on the research of the working experience in different degree of one alternative and simulation analysis, the study found that to some extent, by a higher working experience of low replacement of the population, the aging of the population can be reduced the negative impact of the financial sustainability of social security.
