减量规划视角下美丽乡村规划研究——以大兴区赵县营村为例

A Study On The Beautiful Rural Planning In The View of Reduction Planning——A Case Study of Ying Village Zhao County Daxing District

本文分析美丽乡村规划指导思想,并总结《北京总规》指导下对美丽乡村集体建设用地规模减量的原则。在此基础上以大兴赵县营村为例,分析规划拟解决的重点问题,对美丽乡村规划如何落实减量规划、功能疏解、空间管控、形态控制、产业发展、生态环境保护、传统风貌引导等重要的规划内容方面,针对性地提出了相应的规划建议和策略,形成系统的规划体系,以期为同类型的美丽乡村规划提供借鉴。

This paper analyzes the ideas of the beautiful rural planning,and summarizes the principle of the reduction of the constructed land for beautiful rural under the guidance of the“Beijing General Plan”.Based on this,taking Ying Village of Zhao County,Daxing District as a case study,analyzes the following problems:how to implement reduction planning,dispersing function,ecological protection,space management and control,industrial development,ecological environment protection,etc.For the above problem,the case study demonstrates the suggestions and the strategies,and forms planning system.The purpose is to provide reference for the same type of beautiful rural plan.
