社区自治下的老龄化社区花园微更新研究——以上海市静安区天吉小区为例

Study on Micro-Renewal of Aging Community Gardens under Community Autonomy——A case of Tianji District of Jing’an District of Shanghai

近年来,随着人口老龄化程度的加深和城镇化建设进程的推进,催生出大批老旧老龄化小区,这些小区普遍存在景观绿化少、空间局促等环境布局问题。因此,如何迎合老龄化趋势,改造老旧社区的景观,使其更为“适老化”,已成为老旧社区微景观更新的重点。本文以上海静安区天吉小区为例,结合实践,提出老龄化社区居民自治下社区花园微景观更新的环境意义。

In recent years,with the deepening of population aging and the advancement of urbanization construction,a large number of old and aging residential areas have been spawned.There are many environmental problems such as the lack of landscape afforesting and spatial constraints in these communities.Therefore,how to cater to the aging trend,to improve the landscape of the old residential area and make it more“suitable for aging”has become the point of the micro-renewal of the landscape of the old residential area.Taking Tianji District of Jing'an District in Shanghai as an example,this paper put forward the community environmental significance of micro-renewal of community garden in aging district.
