摘要
某城市广场地下室顶板需行走重量为260T的汽车吊,导致地下室顶板无法满足施工荷载要求,针对该问题研究了采用钢管架支撑系统进行加固处理的方法,给出了详细施工工艺及流程,并验算了支撑系统的承载力和稳定性以及地下室底板抗冲切,以确保施工过程的结构安全。本案例可供相关工程参考。
A 260t car crane needs to walk on the basement roof of a city square,but the roof can not meet the requirement of the construction load.The strengthening construction method of using steel tube support system was put forward,giving the detailed construction technology and process,and checking the bearing capacity and stability of the support system as well as the punching and cutting resistance of the basement floor,to ensure the safety of the structure during the construction process.This case can be used as reference for related projects.
