桂枝茯苓胶囊对前列腺增生患者临床症状、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

Effects of Rumulus Ginnamomi Tuckahoe Capsule on Clinical Symptoms, Sleep Quality and Life Quality in Treatment of Patients with Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的 分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合坦索罗辛及非那雄胺治疗对前列腺增生(BPH)患者临床症状、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2016年4月—2018年5月收治的BPH 患者112例,根据治疗药物的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组给予坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。观察并记录2组治疗前后的临床症状、睡眠质量与生活质量变化情况,治疗后临床效果和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后临床总有率高于对照组( P <0.05)。2组治疗后国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;最大尿流率(Qmax)评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组( P <0.05)。2组治疗后阿斯森失眠量表(AIS)、生活质量(QOLS)评分显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组( P <0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组( P <0.05)。结论 在BPH治疗中,与坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺相比,桂枝茯苓胶囊联合坦索罗辛、非那雄胺治疗后可提高临床有效率,可通过降低前列腺平滑肌与尿道内张力、活血化瘀等作用改善BPH各症状,同时促进患者睡眠,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze effects of Rumulus Ginnamomi Tuckahoe capsule combined with Tamsulosin and Finasteride on clinical symptoms, sleep quality and life quality in treatment of patients with prostatic hyperplasia (PH). Methods A total of 112 PH patients admitted during April 2016 and May 2018 were divided into control group and observation group ( n =56 in each group) according to different medications. Control group was treated with Tamsulosin combined with Finasteride, while observation group was added with Rumulus Ginnamomi Tuckahoe capsule on the basis of treatment for control group. Clinical symptoms, changes of sleep quality and life quality, clinical efficacy and incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment were observed and recorded before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, International Pilot Study of Schizophrenia (IPSS) scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups, and the score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group;maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) scores were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups, and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, Athens insomnia scale (AIS) and quality of life scale (QOLS) scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups, and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P <0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with those by Tamsulosin combined with Finasteride, Tamsulosin and Finasteride combined with Rumulus Ginnamomi Tuckahoe capsule may improve clinical effective rate in BPH treatment, and it may improve BPH symptoms by reducing tension of prostatic smooth muscle and urethra, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and patient's sleep and quality of life may be improved simultaneously.
