In the present day of the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid development of the social economy,the economic benefit of the general population has increased significantly compared with that of the previous period,and people have made higher demands on the residential environment,the cell service and so on,especially in recent years.The community is committed to providing the owner with strong security,convenient and comfortable,intelligent management,and complete and thoughtful property management service.This paper will study and analyze how to design and implement the intelligent property management system,and hope to provide some reference for similar design.
