移动图书馆信息服务的新方式探讨

当前,互联网信息化时代,人们更青睐于在线阅读和学习,以往的图书馆服务模式已经无法适应新时代要求,在此背景下,移动图书馆信息服务成为主流发展模式,尤其在碎片式的阅读习惯下,面对用户多元化、灵活便捷性的信息资源服务需求,厘清其服务功能定位,深挖用户的潜在需求,并搭载智能终端设备、4G/5G,WiFi等技术开发在线APP阅读程序,驱动随时随地地服务发展,是无缝衔接用户需求、拓展移动图书馆信息服务、提升用户使用和感知体验性的关键所在。文章对这一新型服务方式进行了探讨。

At present,in the era of Internet information,people prefer online reading and learning.In the past,the library service model has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the new era.In this context,mobile library information services have become the mainstream development model,especially in fragmented model.Under the reading habits,facing the diversified,flexible and convenient information resource service needs of users,clarify the positioning of its service functions,dig deep into the potential needs of users,and carry out the development of online APP reading with smart terminal equipment,4G/5G,WiFi and other technologies.The program,which drives the development of services anytime and anywhere,is the key to seamlessly connecting users’needs,expanding mobile library information services,and improving user experience and perceived experience.This paper discusses the new service model.
